The Concept of Logarithm

Questions based on this chapter are not so frequent in management entrance exams. In exams, most problems that have used the concept of logs have been of an applied nature. However, the aspirants should know the basic concepts of logarithms to ensure there are no surprises in the paper. While studying this chapter the student should pay particular attention to the basic rules of logarithms as well as develop an understanding of the range of the values of logs.

As a sample we have choosen the last 4 year's (2019, 2018, 2017, 2016) previously asked question papers. In quatitative aptitude section, a total number of questions asked are 35. Out of these 35 questions 2.86% of questions are from Logarithm.
