Candidates applying for MA (HRM&LR) and / or MA (ODCL) programmes, are required to appear for the TISS Management Aptitude Test (TISS-MAT) in addition to the TISS-NET Examination. The TISS Management Aptitude Test (MAT) will be conducted immediately after the TISS-NET examination.
NEGATIVE MARKING: Each correct answer will fetch 1 mark and each wrong answer will result in 0.25 negative marks.
TISS-MAT Score will be considered along with the Stage 2 of the admission process and thus will be considered only for those who are shortlisted for Stage 2. TISS-MAT Score will be aggregated with the score of PIT and PI in the following manner to arrive at the final score for selection.

Reading Comprehension:
English RC section had two passages:
1st RC on Railway operating unit consisting of 8 questions.
2nd RC on Business & Economics was consisting of 7 questions.
RC was bit on factual interpretation and logical analysis of the comprehension.
Overall RCs were moderate in difficulty level.
Business Awareness:
Business Awareness section had recent collaborations & mergers.
Few questions are from latest business news & Current Affairs.
Few questions are from labour relation.

Overall RCs were moderate in difficulty level.
Perfect TISSMAT Score:
22 to 25 is a good TISSMAT score for good chances in Final Composite Score calculation.
Do note that there is no sectional or overall cut-off for TISSMAT.
